RESELLER ROLE AND NO COLLECTION OF RECORDING DATA
CyberTechAGI is an authorized reseller and partner within the MicroAGI ecosystem. We do not operate, provide, host, or control the SHIFT recording service in any way. Our role is limited to introducing businesses to the SHIFT program and assisting them with getting started.
CyberTechAGI does not collect, receive, access, store, process, or control any of the data generated by the SHIFT program. This includes, without limitation, any video or audio recordings, first-person or egocentric footage, images of workers or third parties, biometric or facial data, sensor data, location data, verified-hour records, or any other information captured, derived from, or associated with program participation. All such information is collected and controlled solely by SHIFT/MicroAGI, as the party that operates the recording service, manages worker consent, performs verification, stores the footage, and processes payment, in accordance with SHIFT/MicroAGI's own agreements and privacy terms.
The only information CyberTechAGI collects is the limited website and inquiry information described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy, such as the contact details you voluntarily submit through our forms and standard technical and usage data from your visit to the Site. CyberTechAGI is not the controller of, and accepts no responsibility for, the program or recording data described above.
Because CyberTechAGI does not collect or control program or recording data, any questions, concerns, access requests, or deletion requests relating to recordings, worker data, consent, or program participation must be directed to SHIFT/MicroAGI, who alone can address them.
