By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About CyberTechAGI. CyberTechAGI is an authorized reseller and partner within the MicroAGI ecosystem. We introduce businesses to the SHIFT program, a service operated by SHIFT/MicroAGI under which businesses may be compensated for verified recordings of work activity. CyberTechAGI is an independent company and is not SHIFT or MicroAGI.

Any earnings figures shown on this Site — including per-hour rates and monthly or annual estimates — are illustrative examples only and are not a promise or guarantee of income. Actual results vary and depend on verified hours, participation levels, and the terms of the applicable program agreement.
4. The SHIFT program is governed by separate agreements. Participation in the SHIFT program is governed by separate written agreements entered into directly between the participating business and SHIFT/MicroAGI, including all terms relating to recording, worker consent, data handling, verification, and payment. Nothing on this Site is an offer or a binding commitment.

7. Third-party names and marks. "SHIFT," "MicroAGI," and related names and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used with permission solely to describe the program we resell. Their appearance on this Site does not imply that those parties endorse CyberTechAGI beyond the scope of our partner relationship.

PROGRAM PARTICIPATION AND PAYMENTS
Program Participation
Participation in the SHIFT program is arranged through a separate written agreement entered into directly between the participating business and SHIFT/MicroAGI. CyberTechAGI's role is to introduce businesses to the program and assist with getting started; CyberTechAGI does not operate the program itself.
Participation is voluntary. Businesses choose whether to enroll, and individual workers opt in to participate; no worker is required to take part. Once enrolled, the business receives the necessary equipment and setup, and participating workers record their normal work activity during regular shifts in accordance with the program's guidelines.
Enrollment, eligibility, equipment, recording standards, data handling, worker consent, participation requirements, and termination are all governed by the program agreement between the business and SHIFT/MicroAGI. That agreement controls in the event of any conflict with this Site or any summary provided by CyberTechAGI. Program availability, supported industries, and capacity may vary and change over time.
Payments
Compensation is based on verified hours of recorded work, as determined under the applicable program agreement. Only footage that meets the program's quality and verification standards counts toward payment; recorded time that is not verified is not paid.
Payment amounts, rates, schedules, and methods are governed by the program agreement between the business and SHIFT/MicroAGI. Any per-hour rates or earnings examples shown on this Site are illustrative only and are not a guarantee of income; actual payments depend on verified hours and participation.
Payments are made to the participating business. If a business chooses to share any portion of its compensation with its workers, that decision and any resulting arrangement, including wage, tax, and employment-law compliance, are solely the responsibility of the business. Each business is responsible for its own taxes and for reporting any income it receives.
